Please order with plenty of time, do not
wait till the last minute... is an invitation to very bad consequences. Also, allow time for
alterations and adjustments of straps.
Do not fall into the trap
of buying a dress that is too small, with the whish to lose weight prior to the prom. Buy a
dress that fits you now, and that makes you feel like a prom queen.
We recommend that you ask us
prior to the purchase, if the dress that you like is available for your wear date.
Because
we are not a boutique, we are a distribution center, you will never have to be worried about
buying a classy dress that has been tried on by numerous other women.

RETURNS

EXCHANGE only)
We guarantee your
satisfaction, in case that you need to return a dress, the exchange has a re-stocking
fee of 25% of the value of the dress. Please, follow these steps:
A. Merchandise must be returned in the "Original Condition", shall have
tags
attached, and no signs of wear! like odours.
B. A return Authorization Number # should be requested immediately by
e-mail and the garment
"shipped back" (post marked) within 1 day
of "receiving"
it, at the customers expense.
C. Authorization number should be visible on the outside of the package.
D. Please provide a copy of the invoice, your full name,
address, e mail
(very important!)
and a note stating the problem.
